Moulay Idriss Zerhoun
Small town founded by the man who brought islam to morocco. Has the only cylindrical minaret in Morocco. We stayed here with some friends who spoke moroccan arabic and it would have been quite hard to get around without them. There’s no train so you take a grand taxi from the nearest town. Most interesting part were some roman ruins reachable by walking about an hour from the town through the fields.
